Order Confirmation

Processing Time

Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Standard processing time is between 1–3 business days. During holidays, promotional events, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing may require additional time.

Estimated delivery begins after the order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–72 hours after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers in order to reduce delivery times. If this occurs, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed. Occasionally, promotional free shipping offers may be available for selected products or minimum purchase values.

Customs, Taxes and Import Fees

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost Packages

If your shipment appears lost or the tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you until the matter is resolved.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates successful delivery but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building reception, household members, or your local delivery office before contacting support. Claims should be reported within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before processing begins. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes or cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
